Alpha And Omega

Scripture: Lord God: I am the Alpha and the Omega, (the very beginning and the very end), the One who is, the One who was, and the One who is coming: the All Powerful. (Revelation 1:8 The Voice) When I saw Him, I fell at His feet. It was though I were dead. But he reached down and placed His right hand on me. The One: This is not the time for fear; I am the First and the Last, and I am the Living One. I entered the realm of the dead; but see I am alive now and for all the ages – even ages to come. I possess the keys to open the prison of death and hades. (Revelation 1:17 The Voice) What an absolute amazing experience this must have been for John in the last years of his life! He had been faithful to follow through with all that he had learned, and now he was seeing and hearing from the Lord in a new way. This was the One who was, who is, and who is coming, and He was right there with John. And then John had to settle down and write about what he saw and heard so that we could have it today. How truly amazing! Thank You, Father, for revealing to John so many truths that we have today. You truly are the Alpha and Omega, but real and there for me today. AMEN I will trust You, Lord, at all times. I will pour out my heart to You for You are my refuge, my rock, and my salvation. Psalm 62
