It’s a common human impulse to say, “God, if you’ll just do this one thing for me, then I’ll believe.”
How often do we miss what God is doing because it doesn’t fit our expectations?
Let’s live our lives heart-first so that those we influence will be nudged toward Jesus and his ways.
And the reality seems to be that, “No, it doesn’t seem unfair to him at all!”
If I’m looking for loopholes, I’ve missed the point.
I want to think, talk, and act in such a way that it makes Jesus rejoice.
Shouldn’t it be true that every time someone interacts with us Christians, the Kingdom of God is near?
Following Jesus is the most rewarding journey we can ever take, but it is also the most demanding.
