So here’s my working answer to the “What is God like?” question….

I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ!

Tell your story, share your gift, and receive a blessing in return.

God’s gift of love is given by grace and received by faith.

Engage people in conversation in such a way that you build them up and bring out the best in them.

Regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.

Actually, in the everydayness of life, it’s hard to think very much about heaven.

The rules of religion seem to make a lot of sense because they are clear, distinct, and require self-denial and severe discipline.

Elijah and Paul, two very different men, each powerfully used by God.

There’s so much to learn and know and experience and feel! It’s easy to drift away from the basics.
