P6 Patience With Myself
God loves us just as we are, not just as we ought to be, because we’ll never be just as we ought to be.
God loves us just as we are, not just as we ought to be, because we’ll never be just as we ought to be.
Because, Love is patient and kind…!
One of the most-used meanings of patience in the Bible is “is bearing pains or trials calmly and without complaint.”
When you have prayed, when you have done your part, wait patiently.
I’m so grateful for God’s patience with me!
Patience is pretty much universally understood to be a good quality.
You guide me, you protect and comfort me, you prepare a feast for me, you honor me by anointing my head.
I thought about sitting down to eat a banquet with my enemies in the room.
Life has its mountaintop experiences and how wonderful they are!
Renewing strength is not the same as rest.
