Will you commit, along with me, to make the most of our opportunity, and to fulfill our responsibility, to be servants of God in our generation?

I want my life in this world to show that I belong to the world to come—the world that lasts forever.

Nothing we do for him is wasted, and everything we do for him is ultimately rewarded.

You and I need to know that Jesus told the truth, that he didn’t die in vain, that light overcomes darkness, and that Good triumphs over evil.

I know Father God loves me. I know it because I believe the truth of his word and I know it because he demonstrates it over and over in his care for me.

It’s customary to greet a friend with a “How are you?” or “Hope you and your family are in good health!”

The question “What about him?” or “What about her?” is an insidious distraction!

No matter how well we think we know a person or know a person’s story, there’s a lot we don’t know.

I want to do better at recognizing what God is doing—fulfilling his promises, answering prayer—at the time—right while it’s happening.
